Derma -- Ya gotta love it!

What is derma? As my New York is showing....

We know it as DERMA. A more correct name would be stuffed derma.

What is it, a beef sausage casing, stuffed with -- KISHKA.

Now, what's kishka -- a combination of chicken fat (breast fat so I am told), meal (oat, wheat, corn, I am not sure how much of which) and spices that include paprika.

You either love it or hate it. In my family ya gotta love it!

You can even barbecue it!
